If the data provided belongs to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed that third party of the matters set out in this document and obtained their authorisation to provide their data to THE PORTAL OWNER for the purposes indicated.

For what purpose do we process the User's personal data?

THE PORTAL OWNER processes the information provided by the User in order to handle their requests. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be:

  • To handle information and booking requests made by the User through the Portal's contact channels (contact form, email or phone).
  • To contact the User by email, phone call, SMS or other equivalent electronic means of communication, in connection with their request or booking.

For technical security and system diagnostics purposes, in anonymised or aggregated form, the Portal may log the IP address (the device's Internet access identification number, which allows devices, systems and servers to recognise and communicate with each other). This information may also be used for web performance analytics purposes.

No automated decisions will be made on the basis of the data provided.

Consent to receive informative or promotional communications may be withdrawn at any time in each of the communications received, via the mechanism provided for that purpose, or by sending a request to the postal or email address indicated above.

What is the legal basis for processing the User's personal data?

The legal basis for processing the data is the User's consent, or that the processing is necessary for the management and maintenance of a contractual relationship entered into with the User. Likewise, the processing of the data may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations and, finally, we may use the data to pursue a legitimate interest, such as being able to contact the User and offer them services that may be of interest to them.

How long will we keep the User's personal data?

As a general rule, the personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the User's request, or until the User requests its erasure, without prejudice to the 5- or 10-year limitation periods for liability actions arising from a contractual relationship, established in Article 1964 of the Civil Code and Article 121-20 of the Civil Code of Catalonia respectively, as applicable. In the specific case of CVs, the data will be kept for the time needed to carry out the staff selection process, unless the interested party indicates otherwise.

With which recipients will the User's personal data be shared?

THE PORTAL OWNER relies on various service providers to deliver the services mentioned, such as IT and hosting services. For this reason, we will share the data where necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Data Protection Policy.

The data may also be transferred to public administrations and bodies in order to comply with obligations directly enforceable against THE PORTAL OWNER.

What are the User's rights when providing us with their personal data?

The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether THE PORTAL OWNER is processing personal data concerning them, as well as to access their personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, the User may request the restriction of the processing of their data; in that case, it will be kept solely for the exercise or defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, the User may object to the processing of their data. THE PORTAL OWNER will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

The User also has the right to data portability.

The User may raise any questions they consider appropriate regarding this Policy, as well as exercise their rights on the terms provided for by law. To do so, they should send a communication by post or email to THE PORTAL OWNER, at the postal or email address indicated above, stating the request in question and enclosing a copy of their national identity document or other proof of identity.

Likewise, the interested party has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, and may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) to lodge any complaint they consider appropriate.
